Klevi Pirjani and Nivalda Santos Pirjani, the Seacombe Child Killers, were convicted of murdering their infant son in Wirral last year.
On Sunday, November 24, 2025, we received a report that a three-month-old infant, Miguel Pirjani, was discovered unresponsive at a residence in Seacombe.
The newborn was hospitalised for treatment; however, despite the medical staff’s efforts, he was tragically pronounced dead five days later, on Friday, November 29.
Klevi Pirjani, 37, and Nivalda Santos Pirjani, 34, both residing on Percy Road, Seacombe, were initially apprehended and charged with causing grievous bodily injury and Section 18 wounding with intent.
After the boy’s demise, Klevi Pirjani and Nivalda Santos Pirjani were indicted for murder and for causing or permitting the death of a child.
A three-week trial began on Monday, October 6, during which Miguel’s mother, Nivalda Santos Pirjani, admitted guilt to the charge of causing or enabling the death of a child.
On Wednesday, October 29, the jury convicted Klevi Pirjani and his wife, Nivalda Santos Pirjani, of murder and Section 18 assault.
Klevi Pirjani and Nivalda Santos Pirjani will receive their sentences at Liverpool Crown Court on a future date.
