The Offender Database reported that Kevin Toplass, the Trentham Paedophile Child Molester, has been incarcerated for over three years after confessing to the sexual abuse of a child in the 1990s.
Kevin Toplass, 66, of Trentham, was sentenced to three years and four months in prison at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court on Thursday, 28 August 2025, after pleading guilty to indecent assault on a lad under the age of 14 at a prior hearing.
We commenced our investigation following the survivor’s courageous report of the incident to us in 2022.
Kevin Toplass was summoned for interrogation, during which he refuted the accusations.
Detectives in our public protection team diligently collected all relevant evidence, leading to Kevin Toplass being charged with the offence.
