Back in 2023, Kevarnie Queen, the Brixton Paedophile Rapist, was convicted for raping six teenage women over a three-year span.
Kevarnie Queen, 19, referred to on social media as the ‘Brixton R Kelly,’ encountered nearly all of the victims—each under the age of 18—via ‘Snapchat,’ where he would compliment and manipulate them prior to organising in-person meetings. For three years, he was a prolific sexual predator and offender, with a complete disregard for his victims, several of whom were raped multiple times.
Kevarnie Queen was first apprehended on 8 April 2020 for two charges of rape. He did not furnish a statement to the police. He was then apprehended in June and again on 8 August 2022 for additional charges of rape, which he refuted, asserting that the women were fabricating their claims and were part of a malicious campaign against him. On 18 August 2023, the jury at Inner London Crown Court convicted him on 22 charges of rape. He has been detained in custody to appear at the same court on 13 October 2023 for sentencing.
Laura Devitt, Senior Crown Prosecutor from the Rape and Serious Sexual Offences Unit in London South, stated: “The victims have demonstrated remarkable courage and mental resilience in coming forward in this case, especially considering their youth and the enduring effects these offences have had on them all.”
“Kevarnie Queen has clearly demonstrated that he saw these young girls’ existence purely for his own satisfaction. Queen claimed he was a ‘player’ and knew how to make girls like him, and that any activity was consensual.
“His misogynistic and deplorable actions have now been exposed for what they are, and these convictions ensure no further women are caused further irreparable harm at his hands.
“Every woman and girl should be free and feel safe to go about their daily lives, including walking alone, without fear of harassment or sexual offences. The CPS is committed to bringing offenders who commit crimes against women to justice.”
