A Dunston paedophile, Kenneth Dick, from the North East has been sentenced to 14 years in prison following a conviction for the rape of a minor.
Kenneth Dick, residing at Ryde Terrace, Dunston, Gateshead, was indicted for four sexual crimes in March 2023.
The allegations encompassed child rape, sexual assault, participation in sexual activities with a minor, and compelling a child to observe a sexual act.
The statement indicates that 66-year-old Kenneth Dick will serve 14 years in confinement, followed by one year on probation upon his release.
Kenneth Dick will remain on the Sex Offenders Register for the rest of his life, and was also handed a Sexual Harm Prevention Order as well as a Restraining Order to protect the victim.
