A Wisbech Sex Offender and stalker, Kehinde Quadri, who intruded into the letterbox of one victim and sexually abused another, has been incarcerated.
Kehinde Quadri, 49, initially attracted police scrutiny after he volunteered to assist a woman by carrying her belongings up a flight of stairs in Wisbech in September 2024.
The victim acquiesced to Kehinde Quadri’s proposition, but soon thereafter, he sexually attacked her.
In the subsequent weeks, Kehinde Quadri harassed the victim and her partner, trailing them on two occasions throughout Wisbech town centre.
On two distinct occasions, he positioned himself outside a coffee shop where they were present, observing them intently.
The victims observed Kehinde Quadri standing outside their residence as they answered the door for the takeaway delivery.
Later that month, Kehinde Quadri was reported to the police once more for approaching a mom escorting her children to school.
He requested a cigarette from her, and as she retrieved one from her bag, he seized her two children and embraced them tightly.
In the subsequent weeks, Kehinde Quadri stalked the woman on several occasions as she walked to her children’s school.
On one occasion, he carefully trailed her before positioning himself in front of her to obstruct her passage while yelling and gesticulating.
On 8 October 2024, the victim observed Kehinde Quadri gazing into her residence through the letterbox. Upon her opening the door to face him, he fled.
On Thursday, October 2, at Peterborough Crown Court, Kehinde Quadri, residing at New Inn Yard, Wisbech, was sentenced to one year in prison after pleading guilty to three counts of stalking and one crime of sexual assault.
