Kamikar Brar, the London Sex Offender, has been convicted following public intervention during the sexual harassment of a teenage girl in Watford.

Kamikar Brar, 66, of Sutherland Road, London, appeared at St Albans Magistrates’ Court and admitted to one count of engaging in sexual correspondence with a minor.

On Saturday, May 3 of this year, Kamikar Brar approached two adolescent females in a stairway inside the Harlequin shopping centre and enquired about the whereabouts of the restroom.

Kamikar Brar, inebriated, subsequently initiated unwanted enquiries and made sexual remarks directed at one of the females.

A bystander observed the teenagers’ discomfort and enquired whether Kamikar Brar was harassing them.

The individual consented, prompting the member of the public to instruct Kamikar Brar to depart, which he originally did before returning.

A second bystander observed Kamikar Brar persistently harassing the woman and her companion.

The woman and her friend sought out a security officer at the shopping complex, but Kamikar Brar trailed them.

Law enforcement was summoned, and cops arrived shortly thereafter to apprehend Kamikar Brar.

Subsequent to his court appearance on 3 October, he was granted bail under stringent terms prohibiting his entry into Watford for any purpose.

The sentencing has been set for 13 November.

He has been subjected to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) for a duration of ten years.
