In 2018, the Offender Database reported that Julian Brewer, the Abingdon Paedophile Sex Offender, a sexual offender apprehended with several obscene photographs of infants and children, had avoided incarceration.

Julian Brewer, residing on John Morris Road, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, had previously confessed to four charges of producing indecent pictures.

During his sentencing on Thursday, Oxford Crown Court was informed that the 28-year-old was apprehended following a countrywide investigation targeting paedophiles who accessed photos of child abuse.

Julian Brewer was implicated in a National Crime Agency inquiry for participating in a virtual ‘zoo’ conference where indecent photographs were disseminated to other members.

During a court proceeding, it was said that the brewer requested to view ‘a boy being raped.’

Julian Brewer had streamed films for the purpose of rewatching them for his personal sexual gratification and informed investigators of his sexual attraction to young boys.

Subsequent to a police raid on his residence, authorities confiscated several gadgets that contained 114 indecent photographs classified as category A, 23 classified as category B, and a total of 31 classified as category C.

The photographs illustrated multiple occurrences of abuse involving infants to individuals aged 16.

Julian Brewer received a 14-month prison sentence, suspended for two years, and was placed under a community order requiring 120 hours of unpaid work and 25 days of rehabilitative activities.

Julian Brewer is required to participate in 35 sessions of the Horizon program aimed at addressing his criminal behaviour and must comply with a sexual harm prevention order.
