Back in 2024, Joshua David Benabu, the alleged Gibraltar Paedophile, was charged with the sexual assault of a child entered a plea of not guilty to four counts at the Magistrates’ Court.
Joshua David Benabu, 31, of Edinburgh Estate, refutes allegations of sexually touching a minor under the age of 18 on four distinct occasions between 2018 and 2021.
The Magistrates’ Court relinquished jurisdiction, and the case has been transferred to the Supreme Court, where Mr Joshua David Benabu is scheduled to appear on December 3, 2025.
He was given bail with stipulations prohibiting him from approaching or interfering with the complainant, and he must not be unaccompanied by any child under the age of 16.
