A 10-year-old girl had her ‘innocence snatched’ after being sexually raped by, Jordan Dunn, an Ambrosden Paedophile Child Molester in his 30s, who has been sentenced to seven years in prison.
Jordan Dunn, residing on Graven Hill Road, Ambrosden, near Bicester, entered a guilty plea to two charges of assault by penetration involving a 10-year-old girl.
The court was informed that the occurrences occurred on March 9 and 11 of this year.
Jordan Dunn has been sentenced to seven years and four months in incarceration.
On August 8, during the sentencing at Oxford Crown Court, two victim impact statements were presented by family members of the girl.
The court was informed that Jordan Dunn, 33, entered the girl’s bed and made contact with her intimate area.
It was also heard the girl said what Jordan Dunn did ‘hurt a little’ and made her fell ‘uncomfortable and upset’.
In a statement provided by the girl’s mother, she said: “I struggle to put into words what you have done. Nothing will ever be the same again.
“Our ongoing agony and distress is palpable. You have done the unimaginable.
“You often hear about this happening on the news or in the papers but I never thought it would happen to my child.
“I’m emotionally broken. I hope you know your actions have cause her severe psychological harm.
“She has missed multiple days of school because of the indecent. She is at an age when she should be full of joy. You have stolen her innocence.
“This is something she will live with for the rest of her life. Your actions were clear, they were your choice.
“Nothing will ever be the same.”
A statement was read out in court by the girl’s grandmother.
She said: “She was a fun-loving little girl. She enjoyed shopping trips and girly things.
“These traumatic events have changed her. She is struggling in many ways.
“She has trouble falling asleep and often wakes with nightmares.
“It brakes my heart that a 10-year-old girl has had her innocence stolen.
“I worry how this has impacted her mental health. This 10-year-old child should be enjoying her childhood.”
Sentencing, Judge Maria Lamb said: “You exploited an opportunity to assault this little girl.
“You did this not just once, but twice for your own sexual gratification. The ripple effect of this can’t be underestimated.”
As well as the prison sentence, he was put on the sex offenders’ register and will be subject to a sexual harm prevention order and a restraining order indefinitely.
