The Offender Database reported that Jordan Day, Devon Paedophile and Sex Offender, a sexual predator from Devon, convicted of numerous sexual offences against a minor, has evaded incarceration.

Jordan Day, now 27 years old, evaded justice for several years but subsequently pleaded guilty to nine crimes at Exeter Crown Court.

He was 16, 17, and 18 years old when he repeatedly sexually molested a seven-year-old child.

He additionally captured explicit photographs of the child and disseminated them to other paedophiles.

Jordan Day acknowledged three counts of sexual assault on a child under 13, four counts of engaging in sexual behaviour in the presence of a minor, the creation of indecent photos of a child, and the distribution of such images.

The defendant submitted guilty pleas during a court hearing on September 19 and subsequently returned for sentencing on November 12.

Jordan Day received a two-year sentence, suspended for 21 months, instead of imprisonment.

He is required to complete 80 hours of unpaid labour, 15 days of rehabilitation under probation, and fulfil a program requirement.

Jordan Day is required to register as a sex offender for a duration of 10 years.
