Former Guernsey Chief Minister Jonathan le Tocq has been indicted for the misuse of telecommunications, possession of indecent photographs of children, and extreme pornography.

The Guernsey Police announced that the alleged Guernsey Paedophile, Jonathan le Tocq, is scheduled to appear in court subsequently.

He was apprehended on 21 July and subsequently released on bail.
