A Carlisle Sex Offender pensioner, John O’Neill, who sexually assaulted four female hospital workers in the city walked away with just a suspended sentence further proving that the British Justice System does not protect women or front line healthcare workers.
John O’Neill, 78, committed the offences over five days, between December 7 and December 11, 2024.
He entered guilty pleas to all four allegations. The victims were working at The Cumberland Infirmary when the offences occurred.
John O’Neill, of Lazonby Terrace, Carlisle, was told he will be on the Sex Offender Register for the next seven years.
One of the three lunatic magistrates proclaimed that the offending merited custody, and sentenced John O’Neill to an eight-week jail term, because the victims were performing a public service at the time when they were sexually assaulted, but then decided to suspend the sentence presumably not remembering what they had just said.
