An octogenarian Milton paedophile, John Bleasdale, has been incarcerated following his conviction for the sexual abuse of a minor over thirty years prior.

John Bleasdale was reported to law enforcement two years prior for the abuse of a girl during the 1990s.

John Bleasdale, 82, of Paskeston Lane, Milton, Pembrokeshire, refuted all claims but was convicted by a jury at Nottingham Crown Court of two charges of indecent assault on a girl under 16, occurring between 1991 and 1998.

On Thursday, July 24, he was sentenced to four years in prison at Nottingham Crown Court. John Bleasdale was additionally issued a lifelong restraining order and a Sexual Harm Prevention Order, which forbids him from residing with females under the age of 16.
