The Offender Database reported that Jamie George, the Kingsley Rapist Sex Offender, a black British teenager, has received an almost four-year custodial term for the rape and assault of an English teenage girl.
On Wednesday, 22 October, Jamie George was convicted of rape, assault by penetration, and intentional strangling.
The 18-year-old, previously residing on Pike Lane, Kingsley, Cheshire, was sentenced to 45 months’ imprisonment in a young offender’s institution at Leicester Crown Court on Wednesday, 19 November.
He was permanently registered as a sex offender and subjected to a lifelong restraining order prohibiting any contact with the victim.
In January 2024, Jamie George, aged 16, visited the victim’s residence as previously agreed.
Following assent to certain sexual activities, Jamie George repeatedly solicited the girl for sexual intercourse, which she refused.
Throughout the evening and into the following morning, he proceeded to sexually attack, rape, and strangle her.
Later that month, the victim informed a college lecturer about the assaults, and the incident was reported to the police.
Jamie George was apprehended during the police inquiry. During the interrogation, he acknowledged that consensual sexual activity occurred between them but refuted the claims of sexual intercourse and strangling.
He was presented with social media communications between himself and the victim, which appeared to indicate his admission of the charges and an apology for the incident.
In December 2024, charges were formally authorised, and Jamie George faced trial after entering a plea of not guilty to all allegations.
