A retiree from Fife, James Nisbet, the Kirkcaldy Paedophile, who transmitted sexualised communications to a teenager via social media has been registered as a sex offender.
In conversations in Facebook Messenger, James Nisbet made remarks regarding the teenager’s breasts and enquired about her sexual experiences.
The youngster subsequently informed a social worker that James Nisbet, who will turn 70 next week, had made her feel uncomfortable, and the full scope of the texts was revealed.
Subsequent to the news of the incident and James Nisbet’s acknowledgement of the girl’s anguish, he endeavoured to “reconcile” with her; but, she did not respond.
The sentencing was postponed pending reports, and James Nisbet, from Kirkcaldy, was temporarily registered as a sex offender.
