A Bamber Bridge Paedophile RAPIST, James Eastwood, who assaulted and raped a teenage schoolgirl has been incarcerated.

In June 2019, 16-year-old James Eastwood sexually assaulted a teenager after encountering her in an alleyway adjacent to a store in Bamber Bridge.

While on bail, he subsequently sexually assaulted two additional adolescent girls in May of the previous year.

James Eastwood, aged 20 and previously residing on Brindle Road, Bamber Bridge, was sentenced to eight years in prison, accompanied by an extended licence period of eight years. He received a lifetime Sexual Harm Prevention Order, a lifetime restraining order, and will be permanently listed on the sex offenders’ register. He was categorised as a dangerous offender.

He was additionally sentenced for possessing obscene photographs of youngsters discovered on his phone.

The judge, who commended the thoroughness of the police investigation, was compelled to punish James Eastwood as a juvenile due to the postponement of the case’s progression to court caused by the Covid epidemic.

Detective Constable Laura Thornley, of the southern rape unit, stated: “James Eastwoodis a perilous sexual predator, and I commend the sentence.” I commend the victims in this instance for their bravery in enduring the judicial procedure and ensuring the incarceration of their assailant.
