In 2018, the Offender Database reported that Ian Skilling, the Portslade Paedophile Child Molester, a driver convicted of sexually assaulting a six-year-old girl, was sentenced to seven years in prison.
Ian Skilling received his second prison sentence for child sexual offences in under a decade after being convicted of molesting a girl in the village of Steyning.
The 49-year-old individual from Portslade violated the stipulations of a ten-year Sexual Offences Prevention Order established at Lewes Crown Court in March 2010.
The West Sussex Safeguarding Unit reported that Ian Skilling had ingratiated himself with the girl’s family and subsequently exploited their confidence to perpetrate abuse.
Ian Skilling inappropriately groped the minor beneath her clothing.
In 2010, he received a 15-month prison sentence after being convicted on two counts of engaging in sexual activity with a minor under the age of 16.
Notwithstanding the mandate that set stringent limitations on his communication with minors under 16, he nonetheless managed to exploit the girl.
He was convicted of additional offences at Portsmouth Crown Court.
Ian Skilling, residing on Wolseley Road in Portslade, received a seven-year prison sentence for sexual assault, along with concurrent sentences for violating the order.
He will henceforth be classified as a registered sex offender for life and has been subjected to the stipulations of an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
Where is Ian Skilling? Whose child is he sexually abusing?
