Ten individuals are hospitalised, nine of whom sustain life-threatening injuries, following a suspected terrorist stabbing attack on the 18:25 train route from Doncaster to London King’s Cross on Saturday, 1st November 2025.

Authorities were notified by passengers aboard the service at approximately 19:40 regarding the occurrence.

The train subsequently made an unplanned stop at Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, where armed personnel and emergency services swiftly arrived at the platform.

At approximately 21:45, the mayor of Cambridgeshire announced that two suspected terrorists had been apprehended and were in custody, a statement subsequently confirmed by Cambridgeshire Police.

Even though Cambridgeshire Police has the two men in custody, they are not releasing any images or descriptions because you cannot be trusted with that information.

The two men had used knives to inflict as many wounds on unsuspecting travellers as possible before getting caught.

Counter-terrorism police have subsequently joined the inquiry, as officials strive to comprehend the events.

An “ideological cause” refers to a set of beliefs, principles, and objectives that a person or group adheres to and attempts to instil in others.

N.B. In Britain, it is against the law to carry any self-defence weapons other than a rape alarm.
