A convicted Pakistani paedophile child molester, 23-year-old, Hassan Mahmood, flew out of the country using his own passport on the second day of his trial for child rape. He was not detained despite the multitude and severity of the charges.
On Thursday, August 7, the Manchester Crown Court was informed that Hassan Mahmood ‘fled’ on the second day of his trial, with subsequent police investigations uncovering that he travelled from Manchester Airport to Doha, Qatar.
He was found guilty by a jury last month of engaging in sexual conduct with a minor, inducing a minor to observe sexual behaviour, participating in sexual activity in the presence of a minor, and communicating sexually with a minor.
The victim was a 13-year-old English girl, and the court was informed that she disclosed her age to Hassan Mahmood.
Hassan Mahmood, previously of Gigg Lane in Bury, has now been sentenced to five-and-a-half years behind bars – despite him not being present in court.
The idiot who didn’t remand the child molester, Judge John Potter, while sentencing, stated that ‘it is possible there would be more proceedings’ against him for ‘failing to appear’.
Mad Judge Potter remarked, addressing Hassan Mahmood as if he were present in court, “At that time, you were aware she was 13 and still a minor.” “You were 20 years old.” You were aware she was a minor because she disclosed it during a conversation.
The court heard that when Hassan Mahmood was arrested, he made no comment to police and was subsequently released by the Dumb ass Greater Manchester Police on unconditional bail pending further investigation.
No extradition treaty exists between Pakistan and the UK, however the UK will welcome in any Pakistani who can be assured that they will never face justice if they get home in time.
