Three Guernsey Animal Sexual Abusers, Ian Chatting-Tonks, 63, Peter Leigh, 73, and Elaine Michelle Pasquier, 66, have been presented before Guernsey Magistrates’ Court, accused of regularly sexually assaulting a dog and recording the acts.

They are all charged with the abuse of Mr. Chatting-Tonks’ dog in September 2018.

They have been indicted under the island’s animal cruelty legislation and just confirmed their names and residences; no official pleas have been entered.

All individuals have been granted bail, and the case has been escalated to the Royal Court due to the gravity of the purported charges.

The prosecution asserts that the incident was recorded by the gang, and the clip was uncovered via a mobile phone confiscation not connected to the case.

Peter Leigh has been indicted for possessing severe pornographic photographs, which the prosecution contends pertain to the incident.

Moreover, Peter Leigh and Elaine Michelle Pasquier face nine charges of indecent conduct, with events purportedly occurring at several locations on the island, including Moulin Huet and the cliff walk at Petit Bot.

Peter Leigh and Ian Chatting-Tonks are scheduled to appear before the Royal Court on Wednesday, 22 October, but Elaine Michelle Pasquier’s hearing is set for Monday, 10 November.
