A victim, who was preyed upon by a repugnant Bracknell Paedophile, Graham Horrix, was jailed in 2017 for a decade, has expressed their sentiments following the perpetrator’s 14-year imprisonment.
A 31-year-old individual, whose identity is withheld for legal reasons, was sexually assaulted by mobile disco entertainer Graham Horrix, commonly known as DJ Elvis, from the ages of four to 14.
Graham Horrix, 59, who asserts his innocence, initially assaulted the little girl in a lavatory adjacent to his seaside caravan before raping her on a mattress within the vehicle.
Prosecutor Corinne Bramwell stated: “When she was isolated in the van, Graham Horrix seized that opportunity to sexually assault her, and she recounts a desire to scream, yet felt too terrified to do so.”
On a separate occasion, he compelled the victim to perform oral sex and subsequently raped her for the second time in his bathroom.
Following Graham Horrix’s sentencing, the victim stated: “I have finally received the news I have awaited for so long.” The repugnant paedophile Graham Horrix is currently incarcerated.
“I have spent so much of my life feeling ashamed of what happened, made worse by it being constantly dismissed and being told to forget about it.
“He will no longer have any control over me.”
During the trial, the court heard that Graham Horrix, of Priestwood Avenue, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG42, had a collection of porn and condoms in his touring van and had previous convictions for sexually abusing other young girls.
Jailing Graham Horrix at Kingston Crown Court, recorder Sallie Bennett-Jenkins QC told Graham Horrix, said: “They are grave offences. You were an adult yet committed a range of sexual offences against a child, who was young and extremely vulnerable.
“She was a child who had her innocence stripped from her by your brutal actions, and she has suffered severe psychological harm.”
Graham Horrix, who shook his head in defiance during the hearing, says his partner has split with him and destroyed all his property, leaving him with nothing.
Graham Horrix was convicted of two counts of raping the girl and was also convicted of three counts of indecently assaulting the girl in Clapham.
Recorder Bennett-Jenkins ordered Graham Horrix to remain on licence for an extra twelve months when he is finally released and made an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order and Restraining Order.
Graham Horrix is now out and about, looking to continue his illustrious child raping career.
