Finlay Riley, the Surrey Sex Offender, who attempted to record a woman using a railway station lavatory, has been incarcerated following a media appeal by British Transport Police (BTP) that resulted in his identification.
Finlay Riley, 22, of unspecified residence, entered a guilty plea to a single charge of voyeurism at Guildford Crown Court in August.
He received a six-week prison sentence from the same court on Thursday, September 18.
Finlay Riley was subjected to a rehabilitation requirement notice and issued a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) for a duration of 10 years.
