A Kuwaiti asylum seeker, Liverpool Paedophile, Fahad Al Enaze, who communicated with what he presumed to be a 14-year-old girl, has evaded incarceration after asserting, “I didn’t know I was doing anything wrong.”
Fahad Al Enaze, 31, transmitted sexual messages to paedophile hunters as a minor, as reported by The Sun. Residing in a migrant hostel in Liverpool, he was apprehended by the Widnes Parents Against Predators group in September 2024.
Fahad Al Enaze admitted guilt to attempting sexual communication with a minor at Warrington magistrates’ court on Friday.
Prosecutor Chelsea Kearns stated that Fahad Al Enaze transmitted sexual texts to the decoy youngster and, upon apprehension, remarked to officers, “I didn’t know I was doing anything wrong.”
Kuwait elevated its age of consent to 18 in March 2024, permitting sexual relations exclusively inside the confines of marriage.
Historically, males were permitted to marry (and engage in sexual relations) at the age of 17, while females might do so at 15, contingent upon parental or legal approval.
The court was informed that Fahad Al Enaze continued to request photographs after discovering her alleged age, interrogated her about sexual matters, and proposed that he could “educate her on everything” within a partnership.
He was issued an eight-month suspended prison term for a duration of 24 months, in addition to a sexual harm prevention order and a 10-year registration on the sex offenders list.
Fahad Al Enaze is required to fulfil 25 days of rehabilitation, perform 300 hours of community service, and remit £272 in expenses and surcharges.
Magistrate JP Paul Chadwick, still not understanding that cultures are not all the same, called him “very lucky” to avoid custody, adding: “In this country, we take these offences seriously. You should be truly ashamed of yourself.”
UPDATE 03.10.25
An asylum seeker, Fahad Al Enaze, Liverpool Paedophile, who claimed ignorance of the impropriety of soliciting minor children online for sexual conversations, has evaded incarceration.
Fahad Al Enaze, 31, transmitted sexual texts to an undercover investigator impersonating a teenage girl.
Notwithstanding the decoy’s claim of being 14 years old, Fahad Al Enaze persisted in requesting photographs in August of the previous year.
Fahad Al Enaze asked her whether she liked sex and said they could have a relationship together to “teach her everything”.
Prosecutor Chelsea Kearns said, “He had been sending sexually explicit messages to a 14-year-old decoy child.
“Fahad Al Enaze was arrested and told the officer, ‘I didn’t know I was doing anything wrong’.”
The Kuwaiti, who lives in a migrant hotel in Liverpool, was confronted by paedophile hunters group Widnes Parents Against Predators in September last year.
At Warrington magistrates’ court on Friday, he admitted attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child.
He was sentenced to eight months’ jail, suspended for 24 months, ordered to complete 300 hours of unpaid work and 25 rehabilitation activity days.
