A Mauritian national and East Dorset alleged sex offender, Eshwin Soobhug, is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow morning following charges of sexual assault with penetration.
Eshwin Soobhug has been charged and is scheduled to appear in court after an investigation by authorities about a claim of sexual assault in East Dorset.
Dorset Police were notified at 1:51 AM on Sunday, July 27, 2025, regarding the sexual assault of an English woman in her 50s by a guy on Avon Castle Drive in St Ives.
The event reportedly transpired shortly before the complaint at approximately 1:30 AM.
Eshwin Soobhug, a 28-year-old Mauritian national residing on Windmill Lane in East Dorset, was previously apprehended in relation to the crime.
After additional investigation efforts, Eshwin Soobhug, who identifies as of Asian Pakistani and Asian British descent, has been charged with sexual assault by penetration and is scheduled to appear at Poole Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, 16 August 2025.
