A callous middle school gym teacher and Huntersville Pedophile, Ernest Nichols, incarcerated for the repeated sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl, has been murdered in prison.

Ernest Nichols, 60, was discovered unresponsive in his cell at Greene Correctional Institution in Maury on Sunday morning at approximately 6:50 AM, as reported by officials.

The facility in North Carolina, USA, was placed on lockdown, and he was declared deceased approximately 30 minutes later.

Ernest Nichols was adjudicated guilty of statutory rape in 2011 and received a 15-year prison sentence. His release was scheduled for September 2027.

On Tuesday, the Greene County Sheriff’s Office issued a murder warrant for black African American Wilbert Baldwin, 41, who was convicted of second-degree murder in 2010.

The discredited former gym instructor at Ransom Middle School was initially accused of statutory rape and numerous other sexual offences in 2009, according to WBTV.

A search warrant indicates that Ernest Nichols sexually assaulted the girl repeatedly over a six-month period beginning in the autumn of 2008.

The former educator, Ernest Nichols, was reportedly observed witnessing his minor victim being sexually assaulted by another male at the same time.

Investigators discovered that Ernest Nichols had been impersonating his teenage son on Facebook and had transmitted indecent comments to a teenage girl.

These texts contained his requests for her to inform him before taking a shower and encouraged her to fabricate sexual narratives.

Investigators reported that he instructed her to assert that she ‘wanted to’ engage in sexual encounters with him if anyone enquired about their relationship.

All episodes of sexual assault transpired at Ernest Nichols’s residence in Huntersville, where he was apprehended in 2009.

Investigators confiscated videotapes, a camera, photographs, and sexual paraphernalia from the location.

The victim was not enrolled at the institution where he was employed.

Prior to his apprehension, law enforcement stated that the victim’s mother confronted him. During the contentious exchange, Ernest Nichols, a married man with two children, purportedly referred to himself as a ‘pig.’

During his hearing, he exhibited noncompliance with the judge when prompted to accept a plea offer, apparently asserting in court that he was not a ‘straw man,’ according to WBTV.

He asserted that he did not comprehend the charges brought against him and required physical restraint from the bailiff as he hesitantly entered his pleas.

The investigation into Ernest Nichols’s death is ongoing. The Bureau of Investigations stated that following the issuance of a murder warrant for Baldwin, he was transported to the Department of Adult Correction (NCDAC) to fulfil his ongoing sentence.
