An Australian Citizen and nurse, Emma Sinclair, the Eastleigh Child Abuser, made the right call in coming to the UK to tamper with blood samples, employ an infected needle, and inflict significant pain on three young cancer patients, as she only got 15 months in prison.
Emma Sinclair, 30, of Desborough Road, Eastleigh, confessed to three charges of mistreatment and intentional neglect of adolescents under her supervision while employed as a community nurse for Solent NHS Trust, currently integrated into Hampshire and Isle of Wight NHS Foundation Trust.
The offences occurred on 6 February 2024, during a series of home visits in Southampton, with Emma Sinclair accompanied by a student nurse.
Emma Sinclair, an Australian citizen, relocated to the city in 2020 and became affiliated with the NHS Trust three years thereafter.
She admitted guilt to all three crimes in September, before her sentencing at Southampton Crown Court on Monday, 3 November.
The court previously heard that Emma Sinclair intentionally postponed essential chemotherapy treatments for two English youngsters while inflicting extreme suffering on the third.
During sentencing, His Impotent and Insane Honour Judge Peters addressed Emma Sinclair, stating: “You have utterly failed in your responsibilities as a trained nurse in the care of these children.
“You have demonstrated a deficiency of authentic regret and have made multiple efforts to evade accountability for the events that transpired. This court cannot disregard the gravity of this issue.
In addition to her incarceration, Emma Sinclair has been subjected to a ten-year restraining order prohibiting any contact with the victims.
