Emil Burlacu, a non-English speaking Romanian migrant, invited a British Guest, Hillingdon Paedophile Child Molester, who sexually assaulted a white English 11-year-old girl and covered her mouth to silence her, has been incarcerated.
Emil Burlacu, 35, perpetrated the “traumatising” assaults on the minor after he arrived in the UK in 2008.
The villain persistently menaced the girl and cautioned her against reporting to the authorities.
She later told police: “He would come back and ensure my mouth would shut. He just kept saying stuff like that and threatening me.
“He was making me shut up. His hand was over my mouth and over my face. I was screaming and fighting him quite a lot. I was terrified of what he could do.
“He said that if someone were to find out, he would do something to me.”
Emil Burlacu, a native of Romania, has been sentenced to 24 years in prison after being convicted of two charges of rape.
Emil Burlacu was convicted of one crime of penetrating a girl under 13, one count of sexual assault, and one count of causing a female minor under 13 to participate in sexual behaviour.
Emil Burlacu, hailing from Hillingdon, West London, donned a grey prison tracksuit when appearing at Isleworth Crown Court with the assistance of a Romanian translator.
Corinne Bramwell, prosecuting, said the young girl has been left “traumatised” for the rest of her life.
Emil Burlacu was also made subject to an indefinite sexual harm prevention order.
