A former Crimond Sex Offender foster carer, Ella Cowan, who egregiously neglected and abused vulnerable children as young as three under her care has been sentenced.
Ella Cowan, hailing from Crimond, Aberdeenshire, was convicted of administering cruel and unusual treatment to four victims between 1977 and 1981.
