In 2019, the Offender Database reported that El Habib El Baloui, a Tilehurst Paedophile Child Molester, was wanted in relation to the sexual assault of a girl under the age of 13.
El Habib El Baloui, then 39, residing on Birch Avenue in Tilehurst, Reading, Berkshire, is sought in relation to the rape of a minor occurring between 2015 and 2017.
This individual did not comply with police bail about this offence.
Thames Valley Police is soliciting information to locate an individual whom investigators wish to interview over a rape investigation.
He is a medium-statured Asian male, approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall, with brown eyes.
Detective Constable Sukhpreet Singh of the Child Abuse Investigation Unit stated, “We are soliciting the public’s assistance to locate El Habib El Baloui, who is sought in relation to a rape incident in Reading.”

“I would appeal to anyone who recognises El Habib El Baloui, knows where he is or has any other information that might help our investigation to contact the police.
