Extremely dangerous child rapist, Dean Angear, was released and was residing in Plymouth, in 2021. In 2015, Dean Angear received an 11-year sentence for raping a schoolgirl in the presence of her father.
Her father, whose identity is withheld for legal reasons, permitted the abuse to achieve sexual fulfilment.
Dean Angear confessed to raping and sexually assaulting the 14-year-old girl.
A jury was informed that his daughter covertly filmed the father admitting to his offences on a concealed Dictaphone.
The woman stated that she was under the influence of ecstasy, which her father had administered to her, prior to being assaulted by Dean Angear.
Dean Angear was released after serving five and a half years of his eleven-year sentence.
