A Kent Sex Offender, David Makuyana, who menaced and indecently exposed himself to railway personnel in Kent has been incarcerated subsequent to an inquiry by the British Transport Police.
David Makuyana, 58 (born 09/03/1967), of no permanent residence, received a 16-week prison sentence at Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, July 3.
He already entered a guilty plea at an earlier hearing for indecent exposure and two charges of inciting fear of violence by threatening words or actions.
David Makuyana was mandated to pay court and victim expenses and is required to register with law enforcement as a sex offender for a duration of seven years.
