In 2019, the Offender Database reported that David Knox, the Larbert Paedophile Child Molester, was found guilty of sexually assaulting an eight-year-old girl.
David Knox, then 23, assaulted the minor in an upstairs bedroom while his drunk mother consumed beer downstairs, the jury was informed.
The girl’s six-year-old sister entered the room during the illicit deed and courageously testified against him.
A jury at the High Court in Livingston deliberated for three and a half hours before reaching a unanimous verdict of conviction over the historical offence.
The accusation of his attempted rape of the schoolgirl was removed.
David Knox, from Larbert, Falkirk, Stirlingshire, was acquitted of raping and attempting to rape the older girl during the years 2010 and 2011.
He was acquitted of two charges of sexually molesting his younger sister in 2010.
David Knox initially refuted a total of 11 allegations, nine of which were sexual in nature, while the other two pertained to drug usage.
Judge Lady Carmichael requested social work background studies and postponed the sentencing of David Knox until February 27th at the High Court in Edinburgh.
She promptly included his name on the sex offenders’ registry. She informed him that the Scottish Government would be apprised of his conviction in accordance with regulations designed to safeguard vulnerable populations.
UPDATE
There is no update because the Court decided to restrict the sentencing, which means we have no information about what happened and will likely never have any. British Justice, ladies and gentlemen.
