DAVID FRANKLIN was apprehended with 13 category B photographs and 1,312 category C images, all located on a silver laptop in High Wycombe.
DAVID FRANKLIN was sentenced to eight months, suspended for 24 months, with 30 days of rehabilitation and 150 hours of community service.
A decree was issued for the confiscation and annihilation of the laptop.
DAVID FRANKLIN is under a Sexual Harm Prevention Order and is had to pay £85 in court costs along with a £187 surcharge.
