Daniel Wood, the Tonbridge Sex Offender, found guilty of several counts of indecent exposure in Tonbridge, has been subjected to a Criminal Behaviour Order.
Daniel Wood was accountable for a sequence of events in the town from June 2023 to March 2024, during which victims claimed witnessing him intentionally exposing himself beneath women’s garments.
The incidents occurred in and around areas such as Priory Wood, Silver Close, and Hilltop, with victims comprising women and a child.
Daniel Wood, 34, residing on Baltic Road, Tonbridge, was apprehended on 9 April 2024.
He was admitted to Medway Magistrates’ Court on three charges of exposure and non-compliance with a Community Protection Notice.
Following his remand by the courts, Daniel Wood spent several months in incarceration before being released on bond, pending sentencing.
In June 2025, he was apprehended and detained again for violating the terms of his bail.
A sentencing hearing took place on 5 November at Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court, where Daniel Wood was required to comply with the stringent terms of a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO).
This entails donning a minimum of one layer of opaque attire, ensuring coverage of the lower body at all times in public spaces.
Prohibited from approaching or interacting with any unfamiliar female alone in a public setting.
Accessing any alleyways, public pathways, bridleways, or woodlands within an exclusion zone.
