In 2022, Daniel Murphy, the Brighton Sex Offender, received a term for sexually assaulting women in Kidderminster.
Daniel Murphy, 34, of Southall Avenue, Brighton, received a 12-month prison term, suspended for 18 months, and will be registered on the sex offenders’ list for 10 years.
He received his sentence at Worcester Crown Court on Friday, September 2.
On Christmas Eve of the previous year, Daniel Murphy was in a bar in Kidderminster when he commenced pestering a woman accompanied by her friend.
Daniel Murphy incessantly trailed her into the pub and uttered lewd sexual comments before assaulting her.
He also attacked her buddy and sexually assaulted another woman in the pub.
Officers responded, resulting in Daniel Murphy’s arrest and later charges of two counts of sexual assault and one count of assault.
