Daniel Morris, who previously impersonated a police officer to groom a schoolgirl online, has changed his name to Jay Fox and currently resides in Plymouth.
Daniel Morris is also ‘very active’ on several dating platforms and social media groups, utilising a pseudonym to conceal his history of sexual offences.
In 2016, Daniel Morris, formerly of Budleigh Salterton, Devon, was sentenced to two years in prison after being convicted of seeking to meet a minor under the age of 16 following the sexual grooming of the kid.
He was additionally mandated to register as a sex offender for a duration of 10 years.
Daniel Morris, utilising a pseudonym online, informed the girl that he was a “firearms sergeant” with the police and provided credible images of himself with a firearm to substantiate his assertion.
Following a series of highly sexualised communications, the individual travelled nearly 400 miles to a meeting, believing he was going to rape a 15-year-old schoolgirl, but was confronted by paedophile hunters.
