A Lochgelly serial paedophile from Fife, Dale Henderson, who violated a court order by continuing to communicate with schoolgirls online and from within prison, may finally be confronting a lengthy prison sentence.

Dale Henderson, an inmate at Perth, had already completed multiple jail sentences for sexual offences, including the act of masturbating in the presence of children on a bus returning from a sex offender rehabilitation program.

He was additionally convicted of online grooming of an actual nine-year-old girl.

Dale Henderson, 35, perpetrated internet grooming of five schoolgirls aged as young as 12.

He feigned being a 15-year-old lad and solicited the exchange of explicit photographs.

Despite being returned to prison, Dale Henderson persisted in sending letters to one of the juvenile victims.

Dale Henderson confessed to holding indecent photos of children and extreme pornography at his residence on Cardenden Road, Lochgelly.

Dale Henderson’s prior charges encompass exposing himself to elementary school pupils engaged in “the daily mile” exercise and engaging in a sexual act on a bus.

In April 2017, he was incarcerated for 10 months for indecent exposure to two 11-year-old girls while employed as a store assistant in Windygates.

He has been convicted for possessing child abuse photos.

In 2018, Dale Henderson was incarcerated for six months after he placed his hands inside his trousers on a bus in the presence of two 15-year-old girls while going home from the Moving Forward: Making Changes treatment program for sex offenders.

Dale Henderson was incarcerated once more when he indecently exposed himself to primary school students exercising in Markinch.

In 2023, he was found guilty of grooming a nine-year-old girl from North Yorkshire after encountering her on TikTok.
