A 20-year-old Penrhosgarnedd Paedophile from Gwynedd, Cian Williams, has been incarcerated for sexually assaulting two adolescent females.
Cian Williams, from Rhosfryn, Penrhosgarnedd, Bangor, allegedly molested a child while on an idiot police bail for the accusation of grooming another young girl.
North Wales Police reported that Cian Williams sought out the two girls on social media, despite their confirmation of being aged 13 and 14 at that time.
He attempted to retrieve one of the girls from school, asserting that he was her brother and had solicited her with narcotics in exchange for sexual favours.
Upon Cian Williams’ arrest, law enforcement officials confiscated his mobile phones, which had around 200 photographs of individuals resembling young girls.
He then confessed to several offences, including sexual communication with a minor, two counts of encouraging or inciting a minor to engage in sexual behaviour, and four counts of child grooming.
On Wednesday, 27 August, Cian Williams was sentenced to nine years’ imprisonment at Mould Crown Court.
He received an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order, prohibiting him from approaching or entering schools, as well as a 15-year restraining order to safeguard both victims.
