Christopher Taylor, the Wythenshaw Paedophile and Sex Offender, has been incarcerated for performing a sexual act in the presence of a youngster in a restaurant lavatory.
Registered sex offender Christopher Taylor (pictured) was only allowed to use a public bathroom if he was in a cubicle intended for solo use – a provision of a sexual harm prevention order.
In June of this year, Christopher Taylor, 46, positioned himself behind the urinals at McDonald’s in Rawtenstall and performed a sexual act in plain sight of a young child who was washing his hands after using the lavatory.
An 11-year-old boy expressed distress to his mother, stating, “Something unusual has occurred in the bathroom.”
An inquiry was initiated, and CCTV footage of Christopher Taylor’s vehicle facilitated his identification in Manchester, where he was subsequently apprehended.
Christopher Taylor, previously residing at Tenterden Walk, Wythenshaw, Manchester, was sentenced today (7th November) at Preston Crown Court.
He previously entered a guilty plea for participating in sexual activity in the presence of a minor under 13 and for violating a sexual harm prevention order.
Christopher Taylor received an extended prison sentence of eight years.
