The Offender Database reported that Chelsea Scott Owens, the Grimsby Child and Animal Abuser, left a vulnerable dog chained to a bathtub, periodically torturing the animal.
In March 2024, a Doberman named JJ was found at a residence on Ogle Street in Hucknall, Nottinghamshire, following a complaint over the dog’s condition received by the charity.
Chelsea Scott Owens, currently residing in Willingham Street, Grimsby, was sentenced at Birmingham Magistrates’ Court on 30 October after both pleaded guilty to two charges concerning the cruelty of JJ.
Chelsea Scott Owens received an 18-month community order term.
She is required to undergo 15 days of rehabilitation and has been mandated to pay a £120 fine, a victim surcharge of £114, and expenses amounting to £400.
