The Offender Database has reported that Chao Xu, the Greenwich Rapist and Sex Offender, a Chinese national, has been sentenced to life imprisonment, as the Metropolitan Police caution that he is among the most prolific sex offenders ever examined, with hundreds of additional possible victims in the UK and China.
Imported into Britain, Chao Xu, 33 (born 18 February 1992), a Chinese national residing on Glaisher Street, Greenwich, SE8 3, has been sentenced to life imprisonment with a minimum period of 14 years at Woolwich Crown Court after pleading guilty to 24 charges involving six English women.
Chao Xu will be permanently included on the sex offenders register.
This encompasses four charges of rape, eight charges of assault by penetration, four charges of sexual assault, two charges of providing narcotics with intent, four charges of voyeurism, and two charges of upskirting.
Two more charges will be retained in relation to a seventh victim.
