The Offender Database reported that Carl Bray, the Southampton Paedophile Sex Offender, has been incarcerated for violating the conditions of his court order.

Carl Bray, 46, of Union Road, Southampton, was found guilty in October 2023 of attempting to initiate sexual conversations with a minor.

Consequently, Carl Bray received a 15-month sentence, suspended for 24 months, and was subjected to an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order.

In September, officials scrutinised his electronic devices to ensure adherence to this mandate.

Officers discovered that he had been downloading social media programs, including Snapchat, Telegram, TikTok, and Zangi, to connect online with unidentified individuals, subsequently deleting them to conceal the evidence.

A search of his residence revealed two other gadgets that he was prohibited from possessing.

Carl Bray was indicted for violations of his Sexual Harm Prevention Order and infringements of Sex Offender Register stipulations. He received a sentence of 21 months’ imprisonment today (18/11) at Southampton Crown Court.
