A hammer, a hatchet, and a kitchen knife were among the weapons discovered on, Both Douk Deng, an African immigrant observed loitering outside a school in Manchester.

Both Douk Deng, 20, was apprehended by authorities at the spot while in possession of the lethal weaponry.

He was observed behaving suspiciously outside Edgar Wood Academy secondary school in Middleton, Greater Manchester, on Wednesday.

Subsequent to the search of his residence, Both Douk Deng was accused with additional charges, including criminal damage at another institution—Holy Family RC and CE Secondary in Middleton.

He faced two charges of criminal damage, two charges of possession of an offensive weapon in a public place and on school premises, and one charge each of possession of a bladed instrument in a public place and on school premises.
A hammer, a hatchet, and a kitchen knife were listed as weapons on the charge sheet.

He acknowledged the accusations during his appearance at Manchester magistrates’ court on Friday. He was detained in custody to appear at Minshull Street Crown Court on September 5.
