Thames Valley Police have released an image of a white Abingdon paedophile, Benjamin Robinson, who has been incarcerated for many violations of a sexual harm prevention order. This is great news as now parents and children can be on the look out for the paedophile as they will know what he looks like as opposed to most Thames Valley Police where they choose not to release the image of the paedophiles.
Benjamin Robinson, 52, of Ock Street, Abingdon, admitted to three violations before to his sentencing at Oxford Crown Court on Tuesday, August 5.
The court was informed that he downloaded an application named Kik, erased the chat history on a Kik account, and utilised an alias, ‘ukdad73’, when online, from May 19 to June 23.
Benjamin Robinson received a two-year prison sentence, accompanied by the imposition of a sexual harm prevention order.
Benjamin Robinson will be included on the sex offenders’ register for a duration of 10 years, and a deprivation order has been issued for his iPhone.
Benjamin Robinson was additionally mandated to remit a victim surcharge of £187.
The current community order was annulled.
The sexual harm prevention order Benjamin Robinson violated was instituted in 2023 after he was discovered communicating with ‘children’ using the same social media aliases that led to his court appearance in 2019.
