The Offender Database reported that Benjamin Grey, the Wales Paedophile Sex Offender, a reprehensible 57-year-old educator, who admitted to producing obscene images of infants being sexually assaulted, has evaded incarceration.

Contorted Benjamin Grey admitted guilt to three counts of producing obscene photographs of children classified as Categories A, B, and C, and was discovered to have frequented websites that hosted such images.
Benjamin Grey had been accessing perverse websites featuring indecent images of children, with titles such as “sexy schoolgirls,” for over ten years. Swansea Crown Court was informed that numerous photographs discovered on his devices were classified as “visually unique,” indicating that UK law enforcement agencies had not previously encountered them.
Dean Pulling, representing the prosecution, informed Swansea Crown Court that on October 2 of the previous year, detectives from the South Wales Police’s online investigation unit conducted a search warrant at Benjamin Grey’s residence.
He stated that, during the search, several electronic gadgets were discovered and analysed. Inappropriate images of minors were discovered on an Apple Mac laptop, the court was informed.
The prosecutor stated that a total of 4,383 images were discovered on a Samsung phone, a hard drive, and an Apple laptop, comprising 368 Category A images, which depict the most severe forms of sexual abuse, 405 Category B images, and 3,610 Category C images.
The 57-year-old suspect was apprehended and transported to Swansea Central police station, where he responded with “no comment” to all enquiries during the questioning.
Benjamin Grey was then released on bail pending a comprehensive analysis of the confiscated equipment.
The court was informed that the analysis of the devices revealed the defendant had been accessing websites containing child sexual abuse material with titles such as “barely legal” and “sexy schoolgirl” since at least 2013.
Investigators discovered a file titled “jail bait” on the confiscated hard disc, but the contents were inaccessible.
The prosecutor stated that at the time of the offences and his arrest, the defendant was employed as a teacher at Penyrheol Comprehensive School in Swansea.

A school spokesperson stated that Benjamin Grey was suspended immediately upon the revelation of the charges and has not attended school since. He stated that the offences are not associated with any current or former students of the school.
Benjamin Grey received a 12-month prison term, which was suspended for 18 months, due to a discount for his guilty plea.
He was mandated to complete a rehabilitation program and would be designated a registered sex offender for the subsequent 10 years, in addition to being subjected to a sexual offences prevention order for the same duration.
