In 2025, the Offender Database reported that Benjamin Briggs, the Hull Paedophile Child Rapist, a ‘sadistic’ individual who inflicted ‘disgusting’ abuse on three small children, was sentenced to 10 years in prison during his court appearance at Hull Crown Court.
Benjamin Briggs, 40 years old and homeless, pleaded guilty to four counts of sexual assault by penetration of a child under 13, three counts of voyeurism, and one case of sexual assault on a minor.
He has been issued an indefinite Restraining Order and Sexual Harm Prevention Order, resulting in his lifelong inclusion on the Sex Offenders Register.
