The Offender Database reported that Ashley Brian Evans, a Northamptonshire Paedophile Child Molester, 37, has been incarcerated after admitting to child sexual offences.
In late April of this year, Ashley Brian Evans established a friendship with a girl on Facebook whom he presumed to be 14 years old.
He thereafter initiated inappropriate discussions with her, soliciting indecent photographs of her, including those in her school uniform, while attempting to include her in explicit dialogue. He sent her an unsuitable video of himself.
What Ashley Brian Evans was unaware of, however, was that the 14-year-old girl was, in fact, an adult.
Northamptonshire Police were notified, leading to Ashley Brian Evans’ arrest and subsequent charges of attempting to induce a child to observe sexual activity, attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child, attempting to compel a child to participate in sexual activity, and possession of Class A drugs.
Following his guilty plea to the offences at Northampton Crown Court during a prior hearing, Ashley Brian Evans reappeared at the same court on December 12, when he was sentenced to three years and four months of incarceration.
