The British Transport Police (BTP) have released a CCTV image and are appealing for public assistance following a predatory sexual assault on a District Line train. The incident occurred on the evening of Monday, 15 December 2025, as the train was travelling toward Cannon Street Underground station.

According to investigators, just before 8 pm, a man boarded the train and sat next to the victim. He proceeded to assault her sexually. In an attempt to escape, the woman moved seats twice; however, the suspect followed her both times, deliberately sitting next to her again to continue the harassment.
