A statistician Paedophile from Chippenham, Anthony Masters, has evaded incarceration for possessing photos of child abuse.
Dr. Anthony Masters admitted guilt to three charges of producing indecent images of minors at his appearance at Swindon Crown Court last year.
He acknowledged the collection of four category A photographs, which depict penetrative sexual conduct, the most egregious kind of child abuse.
The Chartered Statistician, Anthony Masters, residing on Tavinor Drive, Chippenham, also acknowledged possessing two category B photographs and six category C images.
Notwithstanding his conviction for offences linked to child sexual abuse, Anthony Masters continues to be recognised as one of The Royal Statistical Society’s ambassadors.
He co-authored the book Covid by Numbers, which was intended to elucidate the predominant misconceptions regarding the virus and the vaccination.
Anthony Masters, aged 36, received a 12-month community order mandating the completion of 150 hours of community service without compensation.
Anthony Masters was mandated to complete 30 rehabilitation activity days with the probation agency and to register as a sex offender for a duration of five years.
A Sexual Harm Prevention Order has been instituted and will remain in effect for five years.
