The Offender Database reported that, in 2018, Anthony Gearing, Littlehampton Paedophile Child Molester, who transmitted explicit texts to an individual he presumed to be a minor, was incarcerated.
Anthony Gearing, then 37, a former cleaner from Littlehampton, appeared at the Crown Court and pleaded guilty to engaging in sexual communication with a child. Gearing has been in remand since July.
The judge imposed a sentence on Anthony Gearing of:
- 18 months custodial sentence
- Five-year sexual harm prevention order
- Told to register as a sex offender for five years
